I'm still kilig over this man's Valentine surprise. I just praise The Lord for meeting this man. As in ibang klase!:) it feels so good to be loved by Jose. I feel so blessed every time I'm with him. It's my first relationship without too many fights, as in mons would pass without a single LQ! My first relationship that's just full of laughter and adventure. My first relationship that gets stronger from deciding to be for each other amidst our individual/personal difficulties. I just pray that we maintain these traits forever.

Sigh... :)
Severe state of happiness, that's the status of my heart right now. I had an amazing weekend, an amazing date, an amazing surprise from my amazing boyfriend, AND an amazing God who made all things good for those who love Him. Thank You Lord for this joy You have blessed my heart with. You're so awesome, Lord. <3

What Date Is It Again?
If it weren't for someone else's IG post re their monthsary, I wouldn't have remembered that yesterday was ours. Lol. Jo and I are not particularly conscious of that special date in each month that we usually end up laughing out loud at our forgetfulness or of lack of awareness. Not that we don't treat the date special, but I guess we've outgrown the idea of the word, "monthsary". (Whoa BIG claim, Sam). I remember reading somewhere that the reason behind celebrating monthsaries is because few couples are actually reaching their anniversaries these days.
Girls, are usually particular about remembering that day of the month. Sometimes it's even a cause for a trivial fight. I used to be that kind of cheesy girlfriend but I thank God for the maturity as I age and as I learn and grow with Jo.
Don't get me wrong, though. I have NOTHING against celebrating monthsaries, and I am happy for every couple that are doing the trend as I used to be like one as well. I'm just amused as to how my views regarding relationships have changed. It's not about the dates forgotten but each moment you experience together: the rials, triumphs, shallow misunderstandings, laughter, and security from being together. :)

Wait
We are all put in a position of waiting and praying for something that we really want. In my case, I feel like I am always being asked to wait. Maybe because my patience still needs a lot of honing, but I have peace knowing that God is in control and that everything SHOULD be for His glory, not mine, not yours, or of anyone else. Seeing this picture on Facebook reminded me of one of my favorite Bible verses. It says, "For the vision is yet for the appointed time; It hastens toward the goal and it will not fail. Though it tarries, wait for it; For it will certainly come, it will not delay. ---Habakkuk 2:3"
Isn't it great? It was God speaking in that passage and it is comforting to know that He has a plan for each of us but has to take place at the "appointed"/right time. And when is the right time? I don't know, but it certainly is not your call. It won't be at the time that you want it but it will be in God's perfect time. Don't get inip, though. Remember He said, "wait for it; for it will certainly come, IT WILL NOT DELAY". :)

Project
I'm turning a year older again this year but I want to feel extra old and independent so I'm thinking of renting my own space:) I'm still weighing things out like the pros and cons but I'm totally sold to this idea at the moment (it could still change after lunch. Lol.).
This photo I got from every girl's to-go site, Pinterest, would be my peg. I love color White next to Green. And the idea of having my own white room and that white chair is already driving me waaaah!:) Hee. Praying for God's guidance and provision on this one.
