Yesterday, I Had a Photo-Op with Rizal.

Yesterday, we (Rosewood school) celebrated the Buwan ng Wika. The children came to school looking cute, sporting their costumes. Though I've done this kind of school activity before as a student, this one's extra special because A. I celebrated it w/ my new found friends/family and B. This is, again, another first to me! (go figure) =)

I only had a chance to take photos on the morning classes and here are just some of them...

Some of the morning nursery class on their ethnic costumes with teachers Roxy and Sam:

Look at these smiles!

With one of our youngest student from the afternoon class (just turned 3 last summer!)

The morning Kinder class on their Baro't Saya costumes w/ teachers Apple and Sam. And oh, they performed Carinosa. =)

The kids were all very good yesterday, so they all deserve their stamp. =)

Now let's go to the Prep class...

They're sporting their Filipino heroes and personalities look alike. Here's a pic of me w/ our kiddie Jose Rizal:

With Cardinal Sin. Sa'n ka pa! :D

With Ninoy!

With Cory!

With Erap!

Look how cute they all are with costumes on while playing:

Teacher Maggie with her morning prep class:

It was a whole lot of fun! Actually everyday is a happy day for me ever since I've decided to follow my heart's desire. <3 I'm thankful for these lot. They gave my life a purpose, they make me happy, they make me laugh, they make me grow, they make me learn, they keep me energetic, and they keep me young AND blooming! :P

Watch out for our next school activity. *winkwink*
